How do I return my items? How long do I have to send the item(s) back?

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unworn, and include original tags.

Returns are refunded as store credit for the amount paid for the item(s) (Store Credit) plus a one-time 10% bonus (10% bonus is not cumulative for multiple returns) ("Bonus Credit"), sent via email as an e-gift card (Store Credit and Bonus Credit are collectively referred to herein as the "Credit"). Credit issued is valid for one (1) year.

Once your returned products have been received and inspected by our warehouse team, a store credit with 10% bonus will be issued to you that can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

 

EDIT AN ORDER

You can edit or cancel an order within 45 minutes of your order being placed.

If you need to change an item’s color, size, quantity, or delivery address— please scroll down and look for a section that shows an "Edit Order" box on your order confirmation page or on your order confirmation email.

If you miss the 45 minute window and your items do not work out, you may return your items for store credit.

FINAL SALE

The following items cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Items that are used.
  • Items missing original labels.
  • Custom Made merchandise. Please keep in mind that we are unable to update any customization selections post purchase.
