Where is my USPS order?

Please note that tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. We ask that you allow 3–5 business days for that email to arrive. During peak seasons (such as November and December), this process may take slightly longer than our standard timeframe.

 MADE Hoops handles the facilitation of your items from our warehouse to the shipping facility. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we can no longer resolve shipping errors or delivery conflicts directly.

Onward Shipping Protection If you added Onward Protection to your order and your shipment has been lost in transit or marked as not delivered, you are covered! You can quickly file a claim through the automated email Onward sent you after your purchase, or by clicking here. Please remember that you have 90 days from the date of purchase to file your claim with them.
